Shipping and Order Questions

This can happen for several reasons

1. You put down the wrong email address when ordering (Yes this happens a lot, and only takes one spelling mistake) 

2. If you used a Hotmail account on your order, and have never received anything from us, this is why. Hotmail block a lot of our emails, while other email providers are fine.

3. Our emails went into the Junk or Spam folder (Some ESP's love to do this :) )

2:SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary from 10- 30 days depending on a few factors, (and this is why we put 10-30 days on all items).

1. Some items are made to order so can it can take a few days before they are shipped

2. Your item may be coming straight from the manufacturer in China, so it can sit in customs in China and then the country the item is going to for several days before being released to the courier. 

3. Certain times of the year are very busy for manufactures and couriers adding more time to shipping

4. Some Countries are quicker then others at processing and delivering packages 

5. Delays receiving stock,(but typically that is only a 1-5 days).

3:MY TRACKING HAS NOT UPDATED FOR SEVERAL DAYS

The tracking can be delayed, and will at times take 4-12 days before updating to show where your parcel is currently located. This is not something we can control, and is caused by slow processing by customs and sometimes the courier. For this reason we put 10-30 days for shipping on some products.

4:MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

Check your spam / junk folder for the tracking email to see where your item is currently. If that doesn’t work, send us an email, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you out.  Email - support@babyaddon.com

5:MY ORDER ARRIVED INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED

Take a deep breath. Contemplate the transience of all things. Then send us an email. Tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you out. support@babyaddon.com

Note: We ship items separately sometimes due to size, and other times because we ship them straight from the manufacturer. (So please do not stress when only one of several items you ordered arrived, as the rest are coming soon!).

6:I WANT TO CHANGE THE DETAILS ON MY ORDER

We can change the details on your order if it has not shipped yet. And most items are shipped within 24 hours so get a move on and email - We can change the details on your order if it has not shipped yet. 7:I THOUGHT I ORDERED ANOTHER COLOR OR SIZE

Please check you order details by inputting your order number into the Order Lookup form on our site. Our you can check out the order receipt which was emailed to you straight after ordering to see exactly what you ordered. We can not change anything on your order as they are locked, (the only thing we can edit is your contact, and shipping details).

If you do find the item you received is different to what is on your order please email us all the details, and we will get you sorted. Email - support@babyaddon.com

8:I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER

We can cancel your order and issue you a full refund if you contact us within 24 hours. After 24 hours your item will be shipped and on its way to you. So If you contact us after 24 hours to cancel your order you will have to wait until the item is delivered to you then contact us and we will give you an address to send the item/s to. After the item/s arrive at the address we supply you, and they are checked and in good condition, we will issue you a refund. Email - support@babyaddon.com
